Isaiah 59:21 – 60:1
“As for Me,” says the LORD, “this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the LORD, “from this time and forevermore.”

To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.”
The Holy Spirit Falls on the Gentiles
While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word.
And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.

When you are praying in tongues, your spirit prays.
1 Corinthians 14:14
For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.
Keep on praying. The holy spirit knows exactly the situation. He knows the prayer to give you.
Pray first with the spirit
Pray with understanding

All your children shall be taught by the LORD,
And great shall be the peace of your children.
The Lord Himself will teach your children.
A merry heart does good, like medicine,
But a broken spirit dries the bones.
The more cheerful you are, the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Spirit of sadness dries the bone. Your depression can affect your body.
A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance,
But by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
You are in the highest position in the universe. You are in heavenly. From that position you step down into earthly position
Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God, rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded.

And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests who bear the ark of the LORD, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of the Jordan, that the waters of the Jordan shall be cut off, the waters that come down from upstream, and they shall stand as a heap.”
