Sermon Note

Pastor Prince

One thing you do that will produce prosperity in your life is to meditate.

Focus both day and night. Is a lifestyle.

Psalms 1:2-3

But his delight is in the law of the LORD,

And in His law he meditates day and night.

He shall be like a tree

Planted by the rivers of water,

That brings forth its fruit in its season,

Whose leaf also shall not wither;

And whatever he does shall prosper.

Whatever he does prosper!

Luke 12:15

And He said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.”

You spend a lot of time at work and if that is your single motivation your life will be boring.

Ask God for spirit of wisdom and revelation to enlighten you and to have visions. Whatever you do as unto the Lord you shall receive the rewards of inheritance.

Seek first His kingdom and all these things will be added unto you.

1 Timothy 6:6

Now godliness with contentment is great gain.

1 Timothy 4:7-9

But reject profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance.

Spiritual mental social and in every areas of your life

1 Timothy 4:9

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance.

I pray that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers

What is inside (soul prosperity) comes outside

What is Godliness?

Good, worship

1 Timothy 3:16

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:

God was manifested in the flesh,

Justified in the Spirit,

Seen by angels,

Preached among the Gentiles,

Believed on in the world,

Received up in glory.

Godliness is a noun

Our thoughts our minds are engaged. We study the life of Jesus. This is exercise of godliness

When we are engaged with the life of Jesus, the redemptive truth life of Jesus, that is godliness

1 Timothy 4:13-15

Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.

Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.

When you meditate, your progress may be evident to all! Your profiting is evident in all things in your life.

Genesis 39:3

And his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD made all he did to prosper in his hand.

1 Corinthians 13:10

But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.

All these things are gifts of God

Covet earnestly

Gifts of healings

We are to covet earnestly for the best gifts

1 Corinthians 14:1 (ESV)

Prophecy and Tongues

Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.

Psalms 39:3

My heart became hot within me.

As I mused, the fire burned;

then I spoke with my tongue:

Preach what is boiling in your heart

Anointing has the word bubbling up

Musing -> meditate

Hagig -> noun of Hagah

Psalms 1:2

But his delight is in the law of the LORD;

and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

If you speak with fire in your heart that is when it will penetrate

While i was musing, the fire burn

Musing is opposite from amusement

A condition people cannot experience pleasure

Physically they are not able to

The more you look forward to be entertained, you can come to a place of inability to experience pleasure.

There are times you need to exercise self-control.

If you are addicted to it, you are addicted to the look for pleasure

You cannot enjoy food if you don’t control and addicted to eating

Amusing – the “a” negate musing

Be freed from the bondage of social media

The more you are addicted the more they can abstract profit from you

You play game all the time to amuse yourself

Allow yourself to be “bored” and mused, creative thoughts will raise up

1 Corinthians 6:12

All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

Spend the time. Live in the moment. Live in the now

Something you give up right now but you enjoy greatly later

Luke 10:38-42
