Secret Life With the Lord
Taste and see how good God is.
Great to be back together! This is the 3rd month we are back !
We came back on 17 April and today is 17 July!
We are going to have fun in the house of the Lord today!
If you give excuses, God can still send you, and send someone else to accompany you
The generation of the 5 times more. 5 times more favour, health, protection and provision!
Just because we have outward indication of our lives, but the real success is the inner prosperity that matters most of all.
Soul prosperity!
3 John 1:2
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
Prosper in your marriage
Prosper in your parenting
Prosper in your career
Prosper in your ministry
Prosper in ALL things
Be in health, just as your soul prospers
In proportion to your soul prosperity
Soul prosperity is the most important prosperity
Prioritise the prosperity of our souls
He restores my soul!
Restores our soul
Speak into our Spiritman and bring strength and fresh strength into us
The Lord’s people shall be fresh and prosperous!
Guard our hearts
Created power!
God is painting powerful and beautiful picture in the imagination of our hearts
God lighten the blessed man to a tree.
Jeremiah 17:7-8
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
And whose hope is the LORD.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit.
We are like the tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river.
We are the blessed tree planted by the rivers. It is no secret what the main determiner of our soul prosperity
What is the key to a healthy tree? Is the root system.
Planted by the river. The tree is able to absorb water. Will absorb water and minerals. Will make food and cause the tree to be strong.
Tree from diseases and pest, you shall be protected
There will be a fresh new level of us, new level of soul prosperity
Restoration upon restoration
Water is a picture of God’s Word
It is not just written word.
John 15:5-7
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
To experience a higher level of soul prosperity, it is not just taking in the water of written word.
It is not just the written word, but us having a root life.
Root life is the secret life. It is underneath.
People cannot see it but the Lord can see it.
We will be a church, a people marked by having that secret life with Jesus
We will have that secret life. The secret life is if we abide in Jesus. We will ask what we desire and it shall be done for you.
You will bear much fruits
Secret life with the Lord.
Pastor Lian had many problems. She came to the Lord at 18 years old. She was not able to get scholarship. She went to NIE. she was teaching at school at 19 years old. She had 40 problems all inside one classroom. Her principal walked in and scolded the students and asked them to stay back. She went up to her principal and wanted to say sorry to him but he said she wasted her time. She had so many problems and felt so bad and felt so condemned.
She decided to take a cab home. She closed the cab door and started crying. She started talking to the Lord. That started her secret life with the Lord.
She had secret talk with the Lord. She said” Lord i don’t know what to do. I feel i am trapped. I cannot quit and i cannot go on with the work.” She just cried and cried. She felt Someone came into the cab with her.
She felt the Lord as a Father holding her.
She suddenly felt a strength come into her heart.
She did not read bible much because she was new to the Lord.
She said,” Lord You are my glory and You lift up my head. You are my glory!”
She felt the Lord lifted her up. Lord! I am an overcomer in Christ
When you spend the time with the Lord,
When you are in trouble, run to His presence.
He will bring whatever you know in His presence.
The Lord will guide and lead me
I had strength even when it was not easy.
My grace is sufficient for you.
Don’t let this be something only a verse.
Secret life, root life!
The Lord used Pastor Lian in her teaching service she could share the gospel with.
When you have secret life with the Lord, your life will start to change. Your life will start to prosper. In your career, in your finances!
Pastor Lian comes to tend to us, not to teach. she wants to impart to us the journey. The Lord tends us.
People who have this secret life.
Challenges not just at work.
Practise the presence of the Lord. The Word is real. We are abiding in Him
During this time, there are people who just want to give up.
As you have soul prosperity, you will begin to bear much fruits. The devil will not be able to rob you.
Abide – refuse to move. Just stay there. Unshakeable.
You are the bride of Christ.
Stay there and believe God
People who just abide, stay, instead of resign, give up, let go.
You will bear much fruits. Whatever you desire, it shall be given to you.
The Lord is removing the spirit of hopelessness.
He is putting in the strength and desire.
John 15:9
Love and Joy Perfected
“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
Abide in His love
Experience. Stay in His love
When the storm comes, even when the weapon is formed, it shall not prosper!
Experience and go back into the Word.
Hear Him say to you,” You are the Apple of My eyes”
If you are in dark situation, as you abide in Him, Jesus will come and swallow up every darkness in our lives.
Abide in My love
Experience in My Love
John 15:11
“These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
Cultivate your root life. Your root system.
Abide in His love
Let Him love you
When storm comes, if you honest, you don’t feel His love
The Word did not say you feel His love
The Word said ABIDE IN HIS LOVE
Remain, rooted and grounded in His love
Even though the seed was 2000 plus years old, the Palm Tree is still standing.
You and I cannot be uprooted.
Don’t you give up. Don’t you resign.
You shall not give up! You shall be rooted and grounded.
You shall abide in Him and you shall bear much fruits.
There shall be a joy in you!
The reason God said we’d flourish like a palm tree is that God knew we would go through difficult times. What’s interesting about the palm tree is that when it is bent over by the strong winds during a hurricane, research shows that the extreme stretching is strengthening the root system and giving it new opportunities for growth. After the storm, when the palm tree straightens back up, it’s actually stronger than it was before.
Abide in His love
Experience His love just simply by listening reading.
The Lord is prospering our souls.
Prioritise soul prosperity
If it does not happen overnight. It will happen over time.
He is your everything
He became the true I AM
You alone hold me in Your hands
