Sermon note (3rd svc)

Pastors feed the flock. Rain fall is always the Lord’s blessing.
Wave after wave. That is how everyday when you wake up, you see wave after wave of God’s unmerited favour on us.

God stepped out of the veil when Jesus cried it is finished at the cross.

Aggressive flow of blessing and favour coming your way.

After Jesus died, every reason for not blessing men have been removed. We are righteous not on merciful ground, but on righteous ground.

Golden pipes are soft pipes and we can squeeze it. Supply is coming our way all the time. This supply of family well being, wisdom, and more. But the moment we worry, it is constricting the supply. The moment we are worried in that area, that area the supply stopped.

Do you realised that the area you concern least, is the area supply always is there?

By worrying, it is us thinking after the flesh. Let go of the pipe and supply comes.

When Jesus said don’t worry, He is saying let go of the pipe and supply comes!

John 1:16
And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for (anti) grace. (Unmerited favour)

Grace anti grace. Anti is not just against. It is in place of.

We have not exhausted the grace.
God’s grace is inexhaustible!

The more you are trying to make the grace flow, the more we are holding on to it.

Time to move and time to pray.
Grace is there, flow with it.

Supply is already there. Our prayer is declaring it.

God always constantly supplying us the spirit.

Grace in place of grace in place of favour is a constant supply of favour in our lives.

Where sin increased, grace superabounds.
(Where -> Location)

Sin will cause u more than u wanna pay.

With God, sin is not your final destiny.

God chose Solomon. Your past does not determine your future with Me.

The bird with broken wings will fly higher (with God’s restoration), not as what the world thinks that once broken it will not be able to restore.
(It doss not mean you go and break your wings)

Grace can be increased.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10
And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest (tabernacle) upon me.

Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

My grace is. Today is still IS.
My grace is all you need. Is sufficient for you.

My strength (is the miraculous working power of God) is make perfect (complete) in weakness.

Grace is not attracted to your strength. It is attracted to our weakness.

Come to God as you are. His miracle working power is make complete like water through the pipe in your weakness, not your strength.

Boast in your weakness.
“Most gladly” is used

When Jesus came down after He resurrected, He showed the people His scars

In God’s economy, is our weakness we boast about.

Is in the areas of our negatives that God added the pluses (+) there.

Not everyone has the power of Christ tabernacle over them.

When i rejoice in my weakness, the power of Christ tabernacle over me

Growth is when we see more and more our faults and failures but we don’t just see that. We see more and more God’s favour in these areas.

We are more conscious about our dependence on God.

Don’t stay in the negative. Go to the positive

Flesh is always there to remind us we need Him. One day we will not have flesh and have the glorified body.

Are you frustrating His grace.

Galatians 2:21
I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”

If righteousness come by the law, Christ died in vain.

Right believing produces right doing.

The strength of sin is the law.

We don’t frustrate God’s grace when we sin. Sin is wrong but that is not Paul’s argument.

When we frustrate the grace of God in that area, there is no fusion.

We are complete in Him. When we are born again, we are complete in Him.

We are seated with Christ.

Sit still. The Man will not rest until He finished the work.

When Jacob (grabber) was helpless, he held on to God and God could not leave. He changed his name to Israel (prince)

Jesus came to call the sinners.

Love is pain when the loved ones do not allow him to pour.

Love wants to see the person free from suffering.

Samson was not strong, when he was weak, he broke off the chain and God’s glory is shown in his weakness.

The lost the last the least.

The world is upside down.

The weaker we are the more His power tabernacle over us.

Humility is not a qualification. When we are humble, it is all Jesus.

Sin offering – is who we are
Guilt offering – for things we have done wrong.

Leviticus 6:4-6
then it shall be, because he has sinned and is guilty, that he shall restore what he has stolen, or the thing which he has extorted, or what was delivered to him for safekeeping, or the lost thing which he found, or all that about which he has sworn falsely. He shall restore its full value, add one-fifth more to it, and give it to whomever it belongs, on the day of his trespass offering. And he shall bring his trespass offering to the Lord, a ram without blemish from the flock, with your valuation, as a trespass offering, to the priest.

The one who is wronged become a gainer.
The injuries party is over compensated.

Restore more than the full price.

Psalms 69:4
Those who hate me without a cause
Are more than the hairs of my head;
They are mighty who would destroy me,
Being my enemies wrongfully;
Though I have stolen nothing,
I still must restore it.

Psalms 69:9
Because zeal for Your house has eaten me up,
And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.

Psalms 69:21
They also gave me gall for my food,
And for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

At the cross even though we are the one who has done wrong, it is not us who pay but Jesus paid.

At the cross He took the place of the injurer

God is the wronged One. At the cross it was restored 120 percent more.

Forgive the person who has wronged you. We are now the candidate for restoration

The cross is the love of God making payment to the justice of God.

The payment is to make us out of the market of sin. It is not the payment to the satan.

The justice of God cannot punish us.

There is therefore now no condemnation.

Not response to the bitterness. 120% more favour in this area. (Areas that you are wronged)

Christ on the cross will restore what He did not take away.

Self-righteousness is trying to take your own life.

Peter’s name was specially mentioned by the angels at the tomb. The one who fell the most was given leadership, the place of responsibility.

Sin increased, grace, favour superabounds!

3000 was saved. 120% restoration.

Matthew 19:29-30
And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.

For His sake!

Mark 10:29-30
So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.

If you are suffering for the gospel of grace’s sake, you shall receive 100 folds in this time.

Matthew 20:1
Chapter 20
The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard
“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.

Matthew 20:16
So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.”

Matthew 20:1
Chapter 20
The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard
“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.

Note – Early in the morning

Matthew 20:2
Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

Note – He agreed to full day wage

Matthew 20:3
And he went out about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,

Note – at 9am

Matthew 20:5
Again he went out about the sixth and the ninth hour, and did likewise.

Note – 3pm

Matthew 20:6
And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle, and said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day?’

Note – 5pm

Beginning with the last workers first.

Matthew 20:9
And when those came who were hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius.

Note – full day wage for one hour work given

Is grace generation!

Matthew 20:12-16
saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.’ But he answered one of them and said, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you. Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’ So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.”

Grace is not like law.

When God follows His heart, let Him do it.

Peter himself was battering with the Lord.

Psalms 132:13-16
For the Lord has chosen Zion;
He has desired it for His dwelling place:
“This is My resting place forever;
Here I will dwell, for I have desired it.
I will abundantly bless her provision;
I will satisfy her poor with bread.
I will also clothe her priests with salvation,
And her saints shall shout aloud for joy.

Zion speaks of grace.

The very first mention of love – take your son the son that you love. Abraham.

When you trust Jesus that is faith. In spite of your shortcomings, come to Jesus.

God loves grace.

Allow the Lord to bless us with His heart.

Free Him up to express the goodness of His heart.

God choose those who trust His heart!

Matthew 13:31-32
The Parable of the Mustard Seed
Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.”

Luke 17:5-6
Faith and Duty
And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.” So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

Plucked up by the roots!

Romans 5:1
Chapter 5
Faith Triumphs in Trouble
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Faith is not passive peace.
Hold on and possess that peace with God!

If God is for us, who can be against us?

Hold on to faith – active, not passive.
Keep on seeing and possessing our faith like a mustard seed, you can speak to the mountain!

Keep on seeing your faith.
Keep on seeing that way and we will speak and it should obey you !

Speak all the time!

Keep on seeing ourselves, a faith as a grain, so small mustard seed that size, i can speak!

Say – imperfect tense there. Keep on saying. Not one time say.

Keep on seeing your faith. You have it! Say it!

All the parables are about grace. You don’t understand grace you don’t understand the parable.

We glorify in what is first and strong. God glorify the lost the last the least.

Who receive the most favour when he came home? The younger son.

Our faith is not working because we are waiting for the strong faith. It takes the least faith to speak.

The kingdom of God is opposite.

Even your last is not your final destiny.
The last will be first.
