The Lord has laid something on my heart. I am seeing more and more for the lack of understanding this, people are suffering and not able to receive the provision of Christ.
For the most part it affects people’s ability to receive from God
When we see Jesus in His grace, He turns around and see our faith.
Many times we are not able to receive earthly blessings
Ephesians 1:3
Redemption in Christ
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ
Whatever is of the spirit is life
We cannot divide between spirit and physical
We divide what is material and spiritual.
Every spiritual blessings in heavenly places includes we are higher favoured in the beloved.
God has placed us in Christ, holy and blameless.
What is physical is temporal.
It is important we understand we say after God
Matthew 1:1
The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the Son of David, the Son of Abraham:
Genesis 12:2-3
I will make you a great nation;
I will bless you
And make your name great;
And you shall be a blessing.
I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
We are blessed directly by God
It is so. He wants us to identify ourselves with Abraham.
All the earthly blessings
God wants you to know you are the seed of Abraham. He has given us all things necessary to life and holiness
More than enough to blessings
Declare i am the seed of Abraham
If you are Christ’s than you are Abraham’s seed.
It is not those that are of the flesh who are called seed of Abraham
Galatians 3:7
Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.
The promise given to Abraham he should be the heir
It is not those who are of the flesh.
The seed of Abraham who inherit the promises are people who are of faith
Genesis 3:7-8
Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.
And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.
The main core of gospel is revelation revealed from faith to faith
Those who are justified by faith
In you, all the nations shall be blessed
Galatians 3:16
Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ.
It is because of the blessings that God put on Abraham
Romans 4:13
The Promise Granted Through Faith
For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Abraham is not doing Abraham. Abraham is believing Abraham. We are blessed with believing Abraham
Only those who believe they are righteous by faith are blessed.
To blessed in the Old Testament means to endue with power for success, longevity
On the cross Jesus bore our curses so that we can be blessed
Long life is a blessing for men
In you, all the nations of the world will be blessed
Without Christ dying on the cross, all the blessings will not come to us
Hebrews 2:14-15
Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Disarm the devil. He is now powerless to enforce death in believers’ lives
Hebrews 2:14-16
Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham.
Luke 13:12
But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.”
Luke 13:15-16
The Lord then answered him and said, “Hypocrite! Does not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or donkey from the stall, and lead it away to water it? So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound—think of it—for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?”
Luke 13:14
But the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath; and he said to the crowd, “There are six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and not on the Sabbath day.”
She ought to be loose. Whom satan has bound
The bondage is from devil, it does not belong to you!
Sabbath is a day of rest
Jesus is very restful. He is never in a hurry
Make haste. I must is the same word as ought. Today i ought to stay at your house
Luke 19:5
And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.”
I must stay at your house. He also is a son of Abraham
He ALSO is a son of Abraham. Someone else is also.
Jesus is saying He also is a son of Abraham
Jesus Himself is salvation.
Blessings of healing.
Those who are of faith
It is important when we come to God we speak God’s languages and get God kind of result
Many times we believe “I am blessed because of God’s mercy in our lives”
Now we are made righteous because of His righteous
We ought to be healed. We ought to be blessed in every areas of our lives
1 Peter 3:5-6
For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissive to their own husbands, as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.
You are a daughter of Sarah. Is a special blessings where women can expect blessings of Sarah
She is the woman in the bible who has her youth is renewed in her old age
Literal renewal of her youth. God renews our youth like the eagle
Galatians 3:9-14
So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.
The Law Brings a Curse
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.” But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.” Yet the law is not of faith, but “the man who does them shall live by them.”
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.
Having become curse for us, He took our place. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.
Isaiah 51:1
“Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness,
You who seek the LORD:
Look to the rock from which you were hewn,
And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug.
The fruit of righteousness
The righteousness is complete in Christ
The more you are awake to righteousness, you will not sin
Isaiah 51:1-2
“Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness,
You who seek the LORD:
Look to the rock from which you were hewn,
And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug.
Look to Abraham your father,
And to Sarah who bore you;
For I called him alone,
And blessed him and increased him.”
You came out of Abraham and Sarah
1 Peter 2:5
you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
Jesus died on the cross bearing all our sins. He brought us out of darkness into His marvellous light to show forth His praises
Believe God for the renewal of youth like the eagle.
Revelation 22:16
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”
Final appearance of our Lord Jesus Christ
Honour Bible’s ways
Believe angels are with us.
To keep us in all our ways
The root and the offspring of David
Micah 4:2
Many nations shall come and say,
“Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,
To the house of the God of Jacob;
He will teach us His ways,
And we shall walk in His paths.”
For out of Zion the law shall go forth,
And the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
Revelation 22:20-21
I Am Coming Quickly
He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.”
Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
