This is the day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it.
The Day to preach the acceptance of the Lord
Right now we are at the acceptable year of the Lord. The way the Lord deals with the believers are by grace
2 Corinthians 5:19-20
that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
On the 3rd day He will revive us and we will live in the light of His presence.
God involve in you in a very personal way.
God is a Father to us. We see the true God. The veil has been parted and we see the true God.
Jesus dismissed His spirit and the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom. Indicating that God is stepping outside. No longer hindering Him from His people.
God is not just with us now. God is with us.
John 14:16-17
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Our old self has been been crucified at the cross.
Romans 6:6
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
The flesh is in you and me but we are not in it. Our identity before God is in the spirit.
Though we are in flesh, God does not identify us with it. He wants us to reckon it dead.
God said count it dead ! Died at the cross so that the new self will raise in us. Count it dead! It is not to experience. It is to faith.
The more you see it dead, it seems so alive.
The flesh is not the old man. The old you and me is dead at the cross.
Humble us to know we need Him
It is like hearing the bell ringing for 5 minutes. When the bell stops ringing many a time we still hear it in our mind.
Our mind needs to be renewed.
Our soul realm
Romans 6:11
Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 7:14
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Galatians 2:19
For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.
I am for the reason God gave the law. God never gave the law to justify man by. The law is holy and just. It is God’s requirement for the holiness. The more we try to keep the law the more we see our flesh bringing out sin.
We cannot do wrong and right in and of ourselves. People treat Jesus as a mean to the end.
We are dead to the law.
Romans 7:4-6
Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
We are dead to the law through Him. There is nothing wrong with Mr Law. The problem is with us.
The way to holiness is Christ and Christ alone. We are transformed by beholding.
2 Corinthians 3:18
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
We are dead to Mr Law. Mr Law did not die. We died. Jesus provided death for us.
We died with Jesus to Mr Law.
Jesus’ holiness and righteousness goes beyond the law.
Living under Mr law is not easy because we are not perfect. What Jesus demands, He provides.
He makes us rest, lie down in green pastures.
Grace is about supply
Law is about demand
Married to Jesus Christ who was raised from the dead.
With Jesus there is fruit unto God
Romans 7:4-6
Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
Bear fruit to God – under grace
Bear fruit to death – under law
We are delivered from the law. We died to the law.
God sees the law as a whole.
James 2:10 GNT
Whoever breaks one commandment is guilty of breaking them all.
Romans 7:6-7
But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.
Sin’s Advantage in the Law
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.”
Romans 7:8
But sin, taking opportunity by the commandment, produced in me all manner of evil desire. For apart from the law sin was dead.
The more the believers try to adopt the law, the more the believers see sin raising up.
There is still sin in us. The sin in us apart from the law is dead. Introduction of the law stirs it.
Romans 7:9
I was alive once without the law, but when the commandment came, sin revived and I died.
By the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones
2 Corinthians 3:7
But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away
In the corridors of darkness, this is taught to evil spirit – to come in religious way. Keep the commandments. You know you know God. You know holiness. The more they try the more they fail.
It is who you are when no one is looking. We have delivered from the law.
John 1:17
For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Testimony –
A bro from US
His children was taken away from him when he was enlisted in 1983
He felt all alone and even felt like killing himself. He could not stand one day without his children.
He heard Pastor Prince sermon.
He cried to the Lord. The following day he took his usual beer. However he felt he could not stand the taste of beer and til now he is not taking any alcohol.
One day he was connected to his children through social media and he has since then close relationships with them. Praise be to the Lord.
Red sea. The enemy we are afraid of, they are dead and they are gone. That is the only thing we can give Israel. On the other side of the red sea, our old man is gone. Our old man cannot raise up against us because it is dead. Our sins are dead and gone in Christ.

Now all these things happened to them types, and have been written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come.
The truth set us free.
Romans 7 – dead to the law
Crossing of Jordan river.
Because of unbelief, they took longer to cross.
In the crossing of the red sea there was no ark.
Ark of covenant – the entire piece of mercy seat is made of solid gold.
Jesus is 100% Human and 100% God
7 times of sprinkle of blood. We can come boldly to the throne of grace.
God is there with all His power and glory. To be a father to us. To bring His power
To fight for us
10 commandments is given to show God’s requirements of man that man cannot keep.
Cover them with mercy seat
Galatians 5:4
Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
Magnifying the law instead of the finished work when we try to be justified by the law.
In the red sea crossing there is no ark.
In the crossing of Jordan river the priests carried the Ark of Covenant
When Jesus died the veil was torn. This veil was used to cover the Ark
The 2nd cover – Jesus is immune to sin
The 3rd cover – blue
The ark of covenant all we see is the blue. We want to see the true ark today, look beyond the blue. Jesus is there. Our health and healing is there.
Jesus did everything for us. To Him be all the praise glory and honor!
Is a picture of the Lord Jesus Christ, bringing us down into the judgement, pushed back all the judgement to the time of Adam. We are no more suffering from judgement all the way to Adam’s time.
When they cross over, it was the spring time.
The moment the priests stepped into it, the River Jordan spilt and pushed back all the way to the time of Adam.
Joshua 3:14-17
And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people; And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,) That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan (distress): and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho. And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.
Faith takes God’s Word at His Word.
Jordan river was much larger than it is today. 3 streams come together to the river jordan. It is like the trinity
Jesus’ death did not just push back the judgement, He also pushed back all our distresses.
The priests were to stand still in the midst of River Jordan.
The water went up to the great heap
Joshua 3:3-4
and they commanded the people, saying, “When you see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, and the priests, the Levites, bearing it, then you shall set out from your place and go after it. Yet there shall be a space between you and it, about two thousand cubits by measure. Do not come near it, that you may know the way by which you must go, for you have not passed this way before.”
Go after the ark.
God said He is going ahead. There are 2000 cubits before us and the ark
Stand back and let the ark go in first.
It is because of the ark
Jesus came 2000 over years.
God gave the promise to Abraham. Jesus’ baptism in River Jordan was 2000 years ago.
His death is all for us because He loves us.
1 Corinthians 15:26
The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
There is no sting in death. We look not towards death but towards His coming in the rapture.
River Jordan speaks of death and judgement.
All redeemed by the blood will end up with Him.
Red sea is the beginnings of their wilderness journey.
Jordan river is the end of their wilderness journey.
God brought us out to bring us in.
God never meant His children to wander in unbelief.
Egypt means double stress. He brought us from a place of bondage, stress and darkness to rest.
A place of rest. The land of rest. A place of inheritance. Super abundance. A place of provision. We will eat from vineyard we did not plant.
It is based on the work of another. Rest is a posture of faith. It is not inactivity.
Thank the Lord for what He has done. We are separated unto freedom
Out of bondage into freedom
A place of provision.
There is yet very much land for His people to possess.
Joshua took a man from 12 tribes. They were carrying heavy stones each to put on the other side. The 12 stones were taken from wilderness.
The 12 stones – identification
We have entered into death and risen into our inheritance in Christ
Joshua 4:19-22
Now the people came up from the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and they camped in Gilgal on the east border of Jericho. And those twelve stones which they took out of the Jordan, Joshua set up in Gilgal. Then he spoke to the children of Israel, saying: “When your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, ‘What are these stones?’ then you shall let your children know, saying, Israel crossed over this Jordan on dry land’;
We are now resurrected people. The last person passed, the whole flood of Jordan river came back to cover the whole thing.
For those who believe, you will not see judgement.
Parents when you take holy communion, watch online sermon, tell them the reason behind. You are building memorials.
Numbers 10:33
So they departed from the mountain of the LORD on a journey of three days; and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them for the three days’ journey, to search out a resting place for them.
Psalms 23:2
He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.
Sheep finds reassurance just by hearing shepherd’s voice
God is not in front in darkness, He is with us.
Psalms 23:4
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
The people came out on the 10th day of the first month. It is when they choose the lamb
The crossing of Jordan river was on the 10th day of the first month. On the day they chose the passover lamb.
Luke 19:37-44
Then, as He was now drawing near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen, saying:
“ ‘Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the LORD!’
Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”
And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.”
But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”
Jesus Weeps over Jerusalem
Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it, saying, “If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side, and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”
Jesus entered on the 10th day of the first month into Jerusalem
Luke 19:42
saying, “If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes.
Shalom – well being, prosperity in your life
When Jesus rules, there can only be health, peace, prosperity. This is the Kingdom of heaven.
