Sermon Note

Pastor Prince

New is coming. New in every area of your life

Vision is for the future

Without faith is impossible to please God.

In the kingdom of God, it is more real than what we see. Is the invisible that brought forth visible

Hebrews 11:1

By Faith We Understand

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

2 Corinthians 4:18

while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

What is reality is invisible

God breathe into man His breath

Ephesians 1:17-18

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

God wants our eyes to be opened to the knowledge of Jesus

Luke 24:30-31

Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.

Jesus walked with both. Emmaus means warm bath.

After He walked with them, they broke bread

Open our spiritual eyes by communion

Luke 24:27

And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.

To know Him is eternal life. The greatest of all blessings

Isaiah 1:1

The vision (hazon) of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw (chazah) concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.

Chazah –

To see, prophesy, provide

To see as a seer

In your vision is the provision

Exodus 18:21

Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

Provide -> chazah

Provide is the word chazah

When the Lord sees to it, it is provided for

Your provision is in the vision

Romans 8:2

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

Whatever He shows you, the provision is in the vision

John 10:10

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Our inheritance is in the cross

Genesis 13:14-18

And the LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: “Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are—northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth; so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered. Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you.”

Then Abram moved his tent, and went and dwelt by the terebinth trees of Mamre, which are in Hebron, and built an altar there to the LORD.

All the land which you see i give to you

You see all the land, all the land i give to you

Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you

It is not physical walking

Abram moved his tent. He walked in the spirit

Deuteronomy 34:1

Moses Dies on Mount Nebo

Then Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, which is across from Jericho. And the LORD showed him all the land of Gilead as far as Dan,

When the Lord showed, it is prophetic

Every place you see when you walk, is yours

If you see it, you are provided for

Your provision is in the vision

Your vision is enlarged before you can possess that level

The vision of God will enlarge you

It causes you to be there before you are there.

Mamre – strength fatness

Hebron – association

11 Please accept my blessing (gift) which has been brought to you, for God has dealt graciously with me and I have everything [that I could possibly want].” So Jacob kept urging him and Esau accepted it.

Philippians 4:19

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

According to His riches means all His riches

Genesis 15:1-2

After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus?

He was not operating in faith.

Not to have faith is a great insult to God

God never condemn Abraham

Child train yes. But not punished by God

Romans 8:1

Free from Indwelling Sin

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

Psalms 19:1

The heavens declare the glory of God;

And the firmament shows His handiwork.

Look at the One who make the stars to govern our lives

Genesis 15:5-6

And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Seed – Jesus

Genesis 15:6

And he believed (amen) in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

When we say amen, we are releasing our faith and believe in God’s Word

The utterance of him who hears the words of God,

Who sees the vision of the Almighty,

Who falls down, with eyes wide open:

“How lovely are your tents, O Jacob!

Your dwellings, O Israel!

God changed his visions before He changed his words

3 months of changing his speech about himself

20 years before, God showed Abraham visions of the stars

God kept on changing his heart. His vision.

Romans 4:19-21

And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

God emphasis a lot on our seeing
