How purpose affects longevity
A sense of purpose can affect how long we live!
John 17:3 NKJV
3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
Colossians 1:16 NKJV
16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
John 15:5 NKJV
5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
John 15:2 NKJV
2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
Takes away – airó
To bear up to lift up to carry
Allow the Lord to lift me up and bear me up so that I will be fruitful
The Lord has given victories to the children of Israel
Joshua 2:11 NKJV
11 And as soon as we heard these things, our hearts melted; neither did there remain any more courage in anyone because of you, for the Lord your God, He is God in heaven above and on earth beneath.
Open the eyes of our heart
When you know the Lord and you see His grace, you fulfil His purpose
Joshua 2:12-13 NKJV
12 Now therefore, I beg you, swear to me by the Lord, since I have shown you kindness, that you also will show kindness to my father’s house, and give me a true token,
13 and spare my father, my mother, my brothers, my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death.”
He delivered her for destruction and saved her for destiny!
