If you are still trying to have right standing with God, you are not saved.
It is pride not to accept the free gift
It takes the holy spirit for the dying thief to ask Jesus to save him
Jesus came to save us
God can create another new creation, but God still want us.
The love of money is the root of all evil.
Solomon was not the richest man until he received God’s wisdom
The things that are matter are temporal. It has expiry date
We have brand new bodies when Christ comes again
The things not seen are eternal
God is eternal.
Physical vision are limited
Our vision will be unlimited
We will see God, His form in heaven.
Everything about heaven now is invisible to man’s eyes
Blessings come on us to attract good things in our lives
Rapture – the snatching away
I am a spirit. I have a soul.
My spirit is the intuitive part. We know things beyond our souls
Our emotion and will are in the soul
God Himself said it pleases God
We are saved from death
When we leave this world, we are perfectly happy throughout eternity
It is God’s plan. He is happy about it.
It is crucial we listen to the word of God
Message preach
1 Corinthians 1:21 NKJV
21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.
The church is not a building.
Church is people called out by God
Neither jews or gentiles
Gentiles means anyone not of jews
Church has no race. Is new creation in Christ
Jews – religious people
People who request signs and miracles
We got the key and Jesus reveal the key through the scriptures
Gentiles seek after wisdom
Do not trust artificial stuff
If you create something you are the creator. Make sure you remain as master and they remain as servant.
1 Corinthians 1:23-24 NKJV
23 but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness,
24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
Foundation for every miracles in our lives
God in tears holding up the cross to the world
See how love and justice met in the cross
This glorified God’s attributes
He hang at the cross for my sin
Those who understand and believe will be saved
You must believe and receive to become real in your life
1 Corinthians 1:24-26 NKJV
24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.
Christ the power of God
There is a God who knows the beginning to the end and the end from beginning
He is the only One who knows what is ahead
He will make crooked places straight
God daily load us with benefits
The power of life and death is in the tongues
1 Corinthians 1:25 NKJV
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
1 Corinthians 1:26-27 NKJV
26 For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.
27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;
1 Corinthians 1:28-29 NKJV
28 and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are,
29 that no flesh should glory in His presence.
God use weak things to confound the mighty
Celebrate your weaknesses, that is where God’s plus comes in
God uses things that are unseen to confound things that are seen
It is not just communion
Is anything in life
Weak confound with mighty
Be careful about self-confidence
