Romans 10:13 NKJV
13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Romans 10:14-15 NKJV
14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:
“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace,
Who bring glad tidings of good things!”
You are faithfully and wonderfully made. If you did not exist, something is missing. you are necessary.
Psalm 139:13-14 NKJV
13 For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
Covered -> sakak

Entwine as a screen, fence in, hedge in, cover, defend, protect, join together, shut up
The Word of God lift you up and build you up
Psalm 18:1-3 NKJV
1 I will love You, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised;
So shall I be saved from my enemies.
Our enemy is not fresh and blood
True enemy is not a person. The true enemy is power of principalities
Psalm 18:28-33 NKJV
28 For You will light my lamp;
The Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.
29 For by You I can run against a troop,
By my God I can leap over a wall.
30 As for God, His way is perfect;
The word of the Lord is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him.
31 For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God?
32 It is God who arms me with strength,
And makes my way perfect.
33 He makes my feet like the feet of deer,
And sets me on my high places.
The Lord is a lamp unto your feet
By the Lord one person can run against a troop
And can leap over a wall
Supernatural strength
Is the Lord who arm me with strength
Habakkuk 3:19 NKJV
19 The Lord God is my strength;
He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills.
To the Chief Musician. With my stringed instruments.
The deer in the middle east, not easy to move around there. With deer’s feet, you can move around easily
Psalm 18:30 NKJV
30 As for God, His way is perfect;
The word of the Lord is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him.
Proven – went thru intense fire. Tried and tested and come out pure
The Word of the Lord is pure
Tsaraph – tried, smelt, refined, tested
The one thing needful is to spend time with the word of God
Make time to be in God’s word. To meditate and to soak in the Word.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
You are in business to make profit
all scriptures is profitable
Why deprive yourself from something that is profitable
Righteousness by faith
Whom He loves He chasten
Correct in love. Graciously and kindly
it feels like warm oil on your head.
Hebrews 4:14-16 NKJV
14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:11-12 NKJV
11 Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
We can be active, directed by Holy Spirit
Zoe -> God kind of life
Living and powerful
The Word of God is proven and refined. It is pure.
Sharper than any 2 edges sword
The Word of God can divide soul and spirit
Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ
John 6:63 NKJV
63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
Life to our mortal bodies
Health is imparted
